Your order will be handled by Aquila and appointed shipping courier companies (only for its products).
You must contact us at watsapp +393921474273 with an exchanges request, specifying what the issue is within 14 days.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. To avoid any misunderstanding:
• explain clearly the issue
• your order number, and any other details you may have about your order
After the date you receive your item, you have 14 days to make your exchanges.
After 14 days, we can’t offer any free exchanges (in this case you have to take charge of all shipment costs and we can’t offer any refund).

During these 14 days, you can decide to return your product for a full refund or to exchange it for another product.
You can exchange or return a product purchased from us if you are not happy with it, or if it is not to your liking.
BUT REMEMBER THAT ENGRAVED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED!

Once a subscription is renewed, it is the responsibility of the user to manage and cancel their subscription through their account area.
